Welcome to Breathe - Counselling

Hello readers!

Welcome to the Breathe - Counselling page.

It's great to see you here. I hope all of you are doing great!

I am Deboleena Dey, the owner of Breathe - Counselling. I am trained Counselling Psychologist and I work with children, adolescents and young adults. I have been working in the Mental Health field for the past 3 years, and looking forward to continue with the same for many more years to come!

In life, we go through various phases, some filled with happiness, joy and enjoyment; whereas, some with sadness, anger and resentment. As we all keep on saying, life is full of ups and downs, and it is, in fact, true. We all have those days where we are super energetic and motivated to do things, and then there are those, where we don't feel like doing anything, just laze around.

Sometimes, it so happens that we are so overwhelmed with things that are happening around us, we are not able to handle it. You feel so annoyed that no one is willing to understand you, or let you express what you feel, let you feel what you feel. You feel that no one is ready to hear your concerns, your problems, your ideas silently.

All we need sometimes is for someone to just listen, no judgements, no comments, just listen. All we need sometimes is some space to just BREATHE...

With all this in mind, I decided to start with an initiative to reach out to all of you, who is looking for a space to just talk, to just let it all out, a place where you can just be "YOU".

It gives me immense pleasure to introduce Breathe - Counselling to you. It is a page where you will find blogs about different topics on mental health, mostly for children, pre-teens, teens, and young adults. The idea for this page is to help all of you out there who are willing to learn more about themselves, trying to find answers, looking to help themselves deal with certain challenges, or just reading for curiosity.

At Breathe, you would also find an opportunity to reach out, in case you need an additional help. When just reading doesn't help, you can reach out to us, so that we can help you with your feelings.

Let us help you help yourself!
